Yes, Muryar Matasa Initiative is fully registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) as an Incorporated Trustee (Non-Governmental Organization). Our operations comply with all local NGO finance, audit, and reporting regulatory guidelines.
Our main administrative headquarters is located in Katsina State. However, we carry out active digital bootcamps, advocacy drives, and community study centers in multiple states across Northern and Central Nigeria, including Kaduna, Jigawa, Kano, and the FCT Abuja.
We commit to spending 85% of all received funds directly on program execution, including setting up digital libraries, providing laptop systems, bootcamp equipment, scholarship kits, and training instructors. 10% is allocated to sensitization/advocacy, and 5% goes to administrative operations. Absolutely. We believe in collaborative community impact. We frequently work with local community heads, private corporate entities, partner NGOs, and public agencies such as the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) on substance abuse sensitization campaigns.
MMI does not provide cash loans. However, through our Tech-Vocational and skills bootcamps, we provide graduating cohorts with starter toolkits (repair gear, soldering irons, diagnostic machines) and link them with local cooperative markets or mentorship connections to launch their business smoothly.
